I have had a lot of experiences in life. Firstly, living in the slum has come with its own challenges including, insecurity and, drugs. Life has not been easy per say. Mum and dad have had difficulties in paying my fee. The most difficult experience being when I was attending high school, my parents didn't have the money to pay for me to join high school, though I had passed with high grades. For some reason I thought my school journey was to end there.
Passing my Kenya certificate of secondary education exam and scoring an A- is my greatest academic achievement. I was able to beat the odds and this makes me so proud of myself.
The happiest and memorable thing is when I had the chance to join my dream high school and also the joy my parents had after I had passed my kcse.
My dream is to become a doctor and be able to diagnose diseases. I am only going to get there if I work smart just as I have always done.
It is my dream to give back to my community and family after I achieve my dreams. I will help where I can in the community. Furthermore, I will help other children in the WEF with finance so that they can get an education. If I had the power to change my country, I would change the living conditions of the people living in the slums. I would give them proper drainage and sanitation without forgetting good and cheap health care services.
My motivation quote is "Every sunset brings the promise of a new dawn" by Ralph Waldo Emerson.

This last semester has been nice ....I have learned how to cover university studies ,how to read and nice applications and websites I can use in my studies..I've loved every bit of it matters education .on the other side it's been tough when it came to meals ..the money for food has been hectic to acquire ...I've tried looking for side hustles but I didn't get one ...another interesting thing is that I was very very lucky to sit for my final exam of the year ...they had said no exam until you pay the arrears but luckily the loosened the rule . I was very happy ..The results came over the holiday and I am happy to say that I was able to scoop a sit on the pass list ...I'm so grateful to God ..
