The mission of the World Education Fund is to provide a platform that enables our users to have an impact on the lives of worthy but needy students in the developing world by helping them to further their education.

Our model is simple and proven.

1. Select a student by their country, gender, academic interests or fundraising deadline.
2. Decide how much you would like to contribute toward their educational expenses.
3. Stay in touch with students through our journaling platform and receive annual updates when students progress to the next grade.

World Education Fund is proud to have The School Fund Tanzania as our first field partner. From their start in 2008 until 2017, they have provided scholarships to over 400 students in Tanzania. This represents more than 1,000 years of education, which have been funded by over 2,000 individual donors like you! The total value of all scholarships exceeds $120,000. Student scholarships pay for tuition, uniforms, materials, exam fees and food so that high potential students from poor backgrounds can continue their education.
